1:00PM Registration and DON'T FORGET to bring business cards and be ready to connect on any social media you have. We will have a Mexican Taco Bar to treat yourself to while you network and will start taking professional headshots which are included with your ticket and taken by 1:30 ICEBREAKER: A ROUND OF SPEED NETWORKING - Think of speed dating, same concept, this is to encourage you to identify who you need to spend more time with. We mix this up every month to keep it interesting. This month we have a Table Topics Master ready to ask you to get up to introduce yourself and speak 1-2 minutes to answer questions related to marketing or owning your own business. If you ever attended a Toastmasters Meeting, you know exactly how this goes and yes, we will vote for the best presentation/answer and give a prize :-) This gets us thinking on our feet, people really listening and us learning about you. Space is limited, we are asking as a courtesy, that no more than 2 person from each company to attend events to allow a variety of businesses to participate and help each other grow. All VIP sponsors must be confirmed prior to ticket purchase and more details are listed under that ticket info. 2:30 we get ready to head out and get to work! Goals: -To Make Real Connections, not just get someone's business card to add to a mass mailing.-Identify if there are any immediate business connections where you can help each other-Help build new spheres of business leaders that can help each other grow their business, find accountability partners or share experiences to create more business & success in Hampton Roads. There is only a $5 fee to participate and YOU MUST REGISTER to hold your spot. We need to know who is showing up & committed. Seating will be limited each month since we are working on real connections and we will alternate SPEED NETWORKING events from SOUTHSIDE to PENINSULA each month.
