The way we help you to achieve results is through guided meditation & sound bath therapy. Sound Baths help to balance the body's energy. It also helps you to focus without resistance.
The purpose of this session is to:
~set your intentions around & invite love, peace, & gratitude
~to become more mindful in our daily lives
~to enhance our meditation practice
~to guide us to become more intentionally mindful, calm, relaxed, emotionally intelligent, & energetically aligned
**Please note: bring your yoga mat (or blanket) and anything else you feel would assist you in connecting with yourself. (i.e., crystals, journal, etc.) Each of these will be available for purchase so please arrive 20 minutes early to make any purchases
