Description
At Katsumi's Teaching Kitchen clients learn how to make Sushi from scratch. The menu for this class is: California Roll, Fresh Spring Rolls, Miso soup, and a steam cake made from a rice cooker. We will also go over how to use chopsticks properly and to understand what Umami is in Japanese cooking. Recipes will also be given clients.
