You’re Invited! Swenson Farms National Night Out Picnic at the Park Tuesday, Oct. 4, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. It’s back! After a two-year break, we are pleased once again to hold a National Night Out event in Swenson Farms. Join your neighbors on Tuesday, Oct. 4, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Swenson Farms Community Park, located off Pear Court. We are planning a “BYOP”: Bring Your Own Picnic to keep things simple. Bring what you like to eat for you and your family, drinks, utensils, plates, etc. The HOA will not be providing any food or beverages. Bring your chairs or blanket, too! If you have backyard games (cornhole, frisbees, etc.) you can bring, they will be fun activities for the children. And don’t forget the insect repellent! Why join us? With our busy lives, we often don’t get to know our neighbors. This is a fun and easy way to get acquainted with those who live around us. Plus, when neighbors get to know each other, we all form a safer, more secure community. The NNO will be from 5:30 to 7:30. It is drop-in. Stay for a little bit or the entire two hours.
