We are looking for a handyman/maintenance to work on call or when needed. Our bar/restaurant will open in Nov but one can start this month. The owner is experienced in construction but would like to add a handyman/maintenance to the team. This will be a job not one day of work. If you’re interested send me a resume via email or text. Job Duties: Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the restaurant exterior preventative maintenance, & standard handyman work including: appliance repair & troubleshooting, painting, plumbing, light electric, light carpentry, & patching sheetrock. Requirements: • 1+ years’ experience as an Maintenance Service Technician, Hotel Maintenance, restaurant maintenance, Commerical maintenance Handyman or Trade School • Basic experience with residential plumbing, painting, hardware installation, repairs, electric, etc. a must • Basic tools required • HVAC, light carpentry and sheetrock a plus Please only serious inquiries
