City Wide Property Services, Inc. currently has an opening for a Janitor to join our expanding team in the Larkspur area! For over two decades, City Wide has been a trusted partner for ownership, and property & facility managers throughout California, providing commercial properties with first-class maintenance and service repairs. Essential Duties/Responsibilities -Clean and disinfect commercial office cubicles and common areas including breakrooms, restrooms, and meeting areas -Clean and maintain flooring including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping. -Empty wastebaskets and trash receptacles -Clean interior windows and keep ledges free of dust and debris -Routine and high dusting (blinds, pictures, furniture, etc) when needed -Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications -Thorough knowledge of the methods, materials, and equipment used in janitorial work -Knowledge of general safety practices and procedures related to custodial/maintenance work. -Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies, including, but not limited to, mop buckets and furniture, weighing up to 55 pounds. -Self-motivated and goal driven * Please include an updated resume when inquiring about the position*
