We are 125 units consisting of anywhere from apartments to single family homes allocated from Bay Point to Antioch and are seeking for a qualified maintenance technician.
Responsibilities:
- Complete tickets in a timely manner
- Make ready units
- Resolve any electrical, plumbing, appliance, repairs as needed
- Install water heaters, wall heaters, lighting, etc
Requirements:
- Applicant must have STRONG construction experience (this is not a beginner position)
- Must have a valid driver's license and truck (loading large items)
- Must have all basic tools
- Valid Driver's License
