We are looking for 1 person to join our new business. You will be working with another guy in the field doing general tree services work, for example (moving and piling brush/branches/logs - ground level chainsaw work - general equipment maintenance - leaf blowing - raking - lowering logs) and if you want to learn we have the opportunity for you to do bucket work too. We do not tree climb but if you have the skills we can take that into consideration when working. We are looking for someone who is young but he doesn't have to be, the guy in the field is part owner but only 18 years old so you have to be okay with him being your boss. The job is hit or miss in terms of hours. We seem to be doing good right now and getting a lot of work but sometimes it is slow. We can work around college classes no problem. We are going to start anyone off at $15 an hour but it goes to $20 per hour after a month. And we will back pay the difference for your first month as well. If you have previous experience and know how climb or do other technical tree work we will pay more. A few qualities: We want someone who is a busy body (always doing something, keeping yourself busy without direction), someone who isn't afraid, quick to learn, and responsible. Who doesn't complain or whine about anything. Who shows up on time and works hard. We will make sure you are taken care of. You work good and we can talk about getting you to run your own crew with a % of all the profits for that crew (like a part owner). Sometimes we put in a 12 hour day, sometimes only 2.
