Description

Deep breathing is one of the most effective ways to start meditating and can be performed anywhere. The two key elements of any meditation practice are finding a focal point and letting go of any thoughts or emotions that arise. Deep breathing, including the breath-focus of meditation, can induce such calm and tranquility.  Join Jennifer our Guided Meditation Instructor in the Green Room Upstairs.  Class starts at 6:30PM sharp so please arrive a few minutes early to sign in and pick a pillow or mat. Drop in rate $10  Wear comfortable clothing
