Our mission is to help in-house lawyers get out more! IHO casually connects corporate counsel of all levels through a series of networking events and philanthropic endeavors. Please join us. Our future event calendar will be comprised of regular monthly gatherings and these events are not created to profit from its members. In-house attorneys of all levels are invited to join us. We keep it light and casual so no CLEs or sponsor pressure. Just come and meet other local in-house lawyers. The goal is to increase casual connectivity among this hard-working, yet often siloed, group of professionals. There are no event registration fees and we aim to have fun, decompress and connect with like-minded people. To eliminate outside sponsorship, our community is experimenting with a “Pay What It’s Worth” model where each individual determines what the value of the events and the community are to them and then contributes a commensurate amount or not. The goal is to cover our minimal costs. Whether you contribute something annually, per event, or not at all, we appreciate you. Any annual profit from community member contributions will be reinvested in future events or considered for donation to approved philanthropies such as Legal Aid of North Carolina.
