WEAR BLACK! Come check out a NEW spot in Hendersonville at Continuum Art for a fun night of salsa, bachata, merengue, cumbia, and cha-cha. A free lesson will be offered in the back room, followed by social dancing on the huge, beautiful wood floors in the main room with an incredible DJ on the stage. Large event space with plenty of room for social distancing and ceiling and floor fans circulating throughout the night for great airflow as the vintage garage doors and windows stay open during warmer temperatures. No partner or rhythm is needed and dress is casual! Have you always wanted to learn SALSA ON 2 or fine-tune it? Then, join us for our October event featuring Arian Martinez as our guest instructor! Arian and Tola will lead the lesson to jump start their BLACK OUT BIRTHDAY BASH and Continuum's anniversary for LATIN NIGHTS! (This event will begin immediately after Swing night). 9:15-10:00pm Salsa On 2 lesson by Arian Martinez and Tola Sun (back room) 11:30pm LATIN PERFORMANCES BY RUMBAO & TANGO PERFORMANCE BY KAYLA BROOM & HARBY GONZALEZ!! 10:00pm-2:00am Social Dancing (main floors) with DJ Mapache! (No outside food/drinks. Water bottles are acceptable.) $20 (cash, card, Venmo, PayPal accepted) on the day of the event. $15 pre-sale through Event Brite (ends at 6:30pm on 10/1/22) $30 for both events (swing and Latin) Bring your own beer/wine. Liquor and other beverages above 16% alcohol content are strictly prohibited. Masks are encouraged but, not required. Cash, cards, Venmo, PayPal, and Cash app are accepted.
