Too many times, vets and military members are underserved in the real estate world simply from a lack of understanding the VA Home Loan benefit. There are so many misconceptions floating around out there that can hinder their chances at success. It is my mission to never allow a vet or service member to miss their chance at the American Dream due to a lack of understanding! Lenders are charged with understanding the ins and outs of a VA Home Loan. Unfortunately, many are typically not taught very much about them so the risk is higher for our veterans and service members to be misguided. My dad is a Vietnam Vet and his mortgage was the first VA Home Loan I ever did. From the moment he asked me to do his mortgage, I made a promise to myself to dive deeper than what is required, understand them to their core, and put that knowledge out in the community to help in any way I can. I believe it is my duty as a mortgage lender and a US Citizen to do my part!
