Heartland Charter School invites you to our High School Formal on November 4! Please join us for a night of dancing, refreshments, photos, games, and more! Students are allowed to invite one friend from another high school. This is a drop-off event. Heartland HSTs will be chaperoning. Parents must complete this waiver and email it to Sarah Pearsey at [email protected]. Your student may not be dropped off unless this waiver is completed. **To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend any event if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.** Please read our refund policy! Refunds will not be given. As a courtesy, if you are sick or unable to attend a field trip, please contact the teacher that planned the event to let them know so they do not wait at the venue for you. May I pay using my funds? No tickets for this event must be paid for out of pocket. Does this trip have any height, weight, and/or age restrictions? This event is for high school students only. If you purchase a ticket for a student that is not in 9th-12th grade the student will not be able to attend and you will not receive a refund. What are the check-in procedures? Students will need to check-in at the front gate before entering. Parents are not allowed inside but will need to sign a waiver if a waiver is not on file. Doors open at 7:00 pm and the dance ends at 10:00 pm. All bags and belongings will be checked before entering. Is there on-site parking available? There is no parking fee, but parking is limited on the streets. There is no parking lot, so families will need to find spots along the street before walking their students to the gate.
