Join us for a one hour complimentary vinyasa yoga practice, or one of our signature FLOW STATE classes (a vinyasa type class as far as poses and creativity, with an added flare). Please bring your own yoga mat, as we will not have any additional. Class is complimentary for all levels and persons. Tickets will be released week of class!
