We have worked with our nanny Nolvia for over a year and are looking for a family or two that needs an experienced caretaker. She is open to families with siblings or a nanny share and she is a great caretaker for babies under 1. We met Nolvia as she took care of our neighbor's son until he went to daycare (and she still babysits him sometimes). She took care of our daughter first in a part time arrangement, then in a nanny share, starting from when the children were ages 10 months and 4 months. She has over 30 years of experience and we have been extremely happy with her and recommend her highly. She is extremely reliable, safety-conscious (COVID and otherwise), attentive, flexible with family schedules, and knowledgeable. Our babies have blossomed under her care, always come home happy, and shriek in delight when they see her. She prefers to play outside most of the day (with proper sun protection of course). Nolvia has her own car but takes the BART to work. She speaks English but is more comfortable speaking Spanish. Our time with her will end September 16 (but we are flexible if you want to start sooner). She is willing to start Monday, September 19.
