Working with a yeasted dough, create a butter block, lamination techniques, cutting, shaping and filling the three styles of croissants, proofing them properly to achieve the right texture inside, and finally, baking them to a rich golden brown. Coffee & Tea will be served! Please schedule your time accordingly, this is a long class. No other food besides the menu will be served.
