Featuring at least 20 local "celebrity" chefs with their sous chefs who cook individual culinary delights in five categories of competition: Soup, Salad, Appetizer, Entree, and Dessert. Each category awards a winning chef. There are also a “People’s Choice Award” and a "Best Table Presentation Award". Past dishes include Shrimp and Grits, Habanero Cupcakes, Symphony Salad, and South of the Border Chicken. This annual fundraiser features live music, a raffle, and a silent auction. Tickets are inclusive of food.
