Kitten needing rehoming

Wasn’t sure where to post, but I adopted this kitten she’s 5 months old. I was going to return her to the place I got her but I need an appointment and I won’t be in town because I’m moving. She’s a very sweet cat, gets along great with people, babies etc. the only issue is she doesn’t get along with other animals. I have a dog and they didn’t get along to well, but after about a week or so they just ignored each other. I’m in picture rocks, anyone that is looking for a sweet kitten let me know. Thank you very much. There is a rehoming fee!
