PLEASE READ ENTIRE AD BEFORE CONTACTING! Need on-call handyman. Will need to have myriad and multiple skillset to handle any and all maintenance issues as they arise. HIRING IMMEDIATELY for first job that needs to be completed. Specifically, remove and replace kitchen sink and plumbing, remove and replace bathroom vanity and faucet, reset toilet with new wax ring, snake kitchen and bathroom drains, replace smoke detectors. Future duties may include, but are not limited to, assessing any repairs that are needed when the need arises, efficiently completing all necessary repairs as noted including painting, plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, etc. Your well rounded skills are needed and necessary. May require removing and installing of appliances. Requires physical flexibility and lifting of heavy supplies. MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS to complete the job! Please be prepared and well equipped. Must have skillset to complete jobs! Pay is negotiable; paid on time at completion of each job. This is an on-call position. There may be times when there is no work; other times, work will be plentiful. Quick turn around necessary to ensure full compliance and quality work.
