Someone to build Retaining wall

Description

I am looking for a person to make a 4 feet retaining wall using landscape blocks. The person should be familiar with leveling and compacting the soil, gravel and the blocks. It will be 25$/hour and will be at least 8 hours per day for at least 30 days. It will be nice if you have experience with building retaining wall.
