modStorage, Monterey's premier self-storage facility, is seeking a full-time janitor/ groundskeeper/ project worker for its storage facilities in Monterey, CA. Shift is 35-40 hours per week, 5 days. Tasks include: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, painting, groundskeeping, and minor repair and maintenance. Candidate must have availability 5 days per week between the hours of 8am-5pm. Candidate must be able to work indoors and outdoors. Candidate reports to the on-site Property Management and must be able to report to work at either of two locations as assigned on any given day.
