Full-time Maintenance Technician for high-rise condo
· Resolve and Complete work orders in a timely manner
· Pick up trash if seen on the grounds
· Respond to requests and provide exceptional customer service to our owners
. Passable English -required
Troubleshooting and making routine repairs in the following areas:
· Painting-A must
· Other building maintenance items as needed
Experience and Compensation
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position, compensation is based on your experience.
