Shadow was spotted being thrown into a dumpster along with her female kitty friend. She was only six months old but already pregnant, and being discarded like garbage. Fortunately these two kittens were saved and ultimately crossed our path, and we were able to provide them a safe haven to start their families. Shadow and her friend both gave birth to healthy kittens of which Shadow was the proud momma of 6. The two momma cats took turns nursing and caring for each other’s offspring. And after the kittens were weened they were placed in great homes, so they never have to endure the hardship and sadness that Shadow faced. So now it’s Shadow’s turn to find her very own happiness! Shadow is aptly named given that she follows you everywhere. She has a very calm demeanor and just wants to be with her human! She is around 1 year old, weighs about 10lb, and comes spayed, vaccinated, and up to date on monthly preventatives. She is litter box trained and does not have any known health issues or allergies. She’s very well behaved and does wonderfully with kids and strangers, though it may take her a bit to warm up to other cats. Home checks are required. Please do not contact if you are not willing to allow a home visit. Rehoming fee applies.
