Elite dressage training facility in SW Longmont seeks one or more PT or FT ranch / stable hand(s), including one who can do night check. We’re a fun, hardworking team providing great horse care and training to a dedicated group of clients. Duties include cleaning stalls, turning horses out/bringing in, feeding (hay/grain), and some general barn/ranch maintenance/groundskeeping tasks (sweeping aisles, dragging arenas, mowing/weedwhacking, checking fences, snow removal, etc.). This is not a riding position. Ideal candidate is detail oriented, reliable, a self-starter, has experience driving farm vehicles, and can lift 50 lbs. Must be proficient in English and legally able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. References and horse experience required. Compensation starts at $18/hr depending on experience and availability. Housing stipend available for right candidate (on-site staff housing is under construction).
