Looking for an Airbnb Cleaner for a couple airbnb apartment/townhouse in NW DC!! Looking for a cleaner with a flexible schedule to clean a short term rental unit after each check-out (10am) and prior to the new check-in (3pm). Must have cleaning experience preferably with airbnb/shortTermRental/hotel cleaning. Looking for someone dedicated to this part time work. Responsibilities include but not limited to: -Change linen and make the beds -Clean and put away the dishes, toaster, kettle, stove and other utensils -Sweep and mop/wipe floors -Clean toilets, bathtubs, and showers -Take out the trash -Wipe countertops, tables, door handles, and light switches -Check for damages and report low inventory -Keep tabs on toiletries and supplies -Launder dirty linen for next use when needed Must have experience and/or be able to: -Be flexible (could have next day cleaning needed or same day cleaning needed) however for the most part, you’ll know the schedule at least 2-3days before. -Take written instructions on the schedule. You’ll be cleaning the Airbnb after the guests leave so again you’ll be cleaning up the bedrooms, bed changing, staged/tidy, empty garbage and recycling put in the trash bins outside. It’s best you have all necessary cleaning supplies [vacuum, rags and cleaning supplies]. Please make sure you’re using clean rags. An ideal cleaner would be someone who has cleaned hotels or Airbnb's before, but if not it’s ok as long as you have cleaning experience. Important you have the following: - flexible schedules (weekdays, Saturday and Sundays as well if needed) - You can clean on short notice/last minute such as same day or next day but mostly you’ll know the schedule at least 3-5 days before. Guests check in 3pm and check out 10am so you’ll have to clean between this time frame and be completed down cleaning by 3pm if a guest is checking in that day. Must Have: 1. Mobile phone to take videos of the properties 2. Respond to calls or text messages when sent to your phone 3. Able to get around in the DC, MD and Alexandria VA area either by car, bus, train or share rides 4. Communication is key in this business 5.
