Tile Job, Fence Install and Clay Roof Install

I am looking to contract directly with roofing, tile and fence installers to handle three separate small projects this weekend or in next couple of weeks. Not looking for lowest cost installers for each job, but instead want someone who has attention for details so that the job looks great upon completion and it easy to work with. If interested, please respond with years of experience, photos of work, and a rough expectation of reimbursement either total job or daily basis on a cash basis. I will provide all supplies and tile saw, but must have own tools. All material is onsite and located next to project. If selected, you will be able to come out and view project before committing. Thank you for looking. Habla Español. 1. Fountain Base Tile Project Install two rolls of 6” Spanish tile on outside and blue pool tile on the outside (28 square feet). The floor tile is to be installed on an angle with about 36 square feet. The walls, 24 linear and square feet will be of the same 3” sq pool tile on 13” sheets. The top, 28 linear feet or 14 square feet is to be finished with two rows of quarter round and two rolls of 3” tile with 2-inch square accent squares. I figure this to be at least a two-day job and looking for a real artisan as this is the main feature of my garden. So less than 100 sq feet but lots of cuts. The walls and based have been professionally leveled and are decent. Let me know if you will do it for under $1,000 or what it will take as I think it is a two day job. I can grout if needed to get the artisan it needs at decent price. 2. Fence Installation Project All the hard work of placing and leveling the poles has been done. Now looking for an experienced fence installers to install the 4 ft high black vinyl-covered fences that runs a about 90 feet. The fence is to be installed level with nice side facing in with both upper and lower poles. No gate. I have all parts on site and I just need to paint the 1 5/8 smaller pole brackets later today. Figure this is easily a one-day project for experienced installer and helper. Hoping $600 to $800 since all materials provided and hard part has been done—hate digging holes. 3. Clay Roof Installation Looking for an experience installer to finish the top and sides of this shed project and put clay tiles on the top of this Spanish arch. The shed is 13 feet long and has sides eaves of 7 feet or so. The Spanish arch is 8 feet by 2 feet at the base. Figure this is also a one-day job for an experienced installer so less than $400 is what I am shooting for. I have perpetual projects and hoping to get a crew of competent, easy to work with subcontractors for a future flip.
