A revived Thrash Metal band from Raleigh is looking for members. This band was around from 2011-2016 and is being risen from the ashes in a new start. Currently we have a drummer and rhythm guitarist with influences of 80s thrash to modern day thrash. We are seeking the following candidates: A Lead Guitar player capable of creating solos for songs and can collaborate with the rhythm guitar player for a unique sound. A 6-string guitar is necessary as we tune down to D Standard (DGCFAD) and Drop C (CGCFAD). More than one guitar is preferable as we will write songs in different tunings and we may evolve into 7-string guitars. A bass player (either pick or fingered style or both) that can collaborate with the guitar players and can add 'spiciness' to the written songs. 4 or 5 strings welcome. A lead vocalist that can sing in the key the guitars play in and can add growls to the vocals. The lead singer shall be key in leading the band and getting the crowd hyped. They also must be able to write lyrics to songs. Each candidate must be fully committed to practicing once to twice a week, be able to practice outside of rehearsal, and must be over 21 years of age.
