Finish Carpenter Needed - Small Camp

I have a dry camp that needs finish work. It’s 16x16 wood frame construction and has a metal roof, windows and siding. Power is live in the camp but only one outlet for work. I am looking to frame and build one small bathroom, one set of stairs, finish the interior walls including insulation, and lay down laminate floors for both upstairs and downstairs. Will also need a referral for well & septic install. Looking for a quote for the full job, camp has electric heater and would be good off-season work for the right person.
