Free Cat and her kittens

I have a female cat with five kittens that were born in my yard. The kittens are still very small, but the mother is having trouble feeding them. I don't know their age, and some have eye problems. We live in a rural area, and have four dogs and I am scared the dogs or wild animals around here are going to hurt them. If someone could help the Mother and her kittens I could meet in the southern indiana area. Thank you
