Greetings Are you interested in being a nanny and getting experience with infant/toddler age? We are a family located in springfield near Mohawk. We are looking for a qualified nanny for our 6 month old son. We have two older teens which will not need nanny care and a small friendly dog in the home. Requirements: Clean criminal history CPR/first aid certified. Experience working with children with references Creativity and fun loving attitude Dependable and consistent Preferred: Has own transportation Studying early childhood education or has taken courses Bilingual We are looking for someone part time. Starting with 10 hours a week and going forward 20hours a week in winter term. We will work around your schedule. One parent works from home and the other outside the home. We require a trial (1-2 weeks) which you will be paid for before committing to the job. We would like someone who can commit to working with us for a year. Duties: Duties include but are not limited to: Bottle feeding and prep Handling of breastmilk Easy meal prep Diaper changes Participating in song, activities, and toys with engaged interaction Putting down for nap Supervising and safety at all times Walking with stroller or front pack Standing/holding at least 30lbs Potential transportation to community events Observation and identification of infant needs and cues Bathing and dressing Light housework related to child Communication with parents about daily activities and food intake
