Evening Entertainment Group is looking for experienced Facilities Maintenance technicians to join our team! Maintenance Duties and Responsibilities: · Perform minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks, toilets damage to walls, etc. · Upkeep PM services to necessary appliances and equipment as needed · Check install TV’s electrical wiring to identify issues · Maintain grounds, including power washing and upholstery upkeep, painting, collecting trash, etc. · Perform necessary cleaning activities, such as upkeep upholstery, high dusting club lights tv’s, trash dumpster, storage, etc. · Complete regular maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, changing filters. · Inspect and troubleshoot various equipment and systems · Test the functionality of the facility’s safety systems · Collaborate with a team of workers and other professionals during renovations and facility expansions · Report to Facilities or General Manager regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress Must provide valid drives licenses & reliable transportation, some basic hand and power tools
