Erie Bone Broth is an emerging, fast-growing co-packing manufacturer based in Cleveland, Ohio. We produce multiple food products in a day and see the job from start to finish- from cooking the product, bottling, labeling, boxing to out the door. There is room to grow in our company! Start here, learn the business grow with us! We are a high volume production kitchen. Hand washing production equipment (large sheet pans, large pots etc) will be the primary job role. We are seeking an EXPERIENCED dishwasher who is familiar with cleaning protocols. BUT WAIT that will not be your only job. When you have down time you will assist the production team with racking bones, cleaning the steam kettle and assisting with other production duties. Your day will fly by. Typical Day: Start morning out cleaning sheet pans and other equipment from the day before (1-2hrs)., assist production team with production work (1-3hrs), maintain the cleanliness of the facility and finish the day with cleaning the dish area and working with the team on closing down the production area, taking trash out, cleaning floors, cleaning dish area- we do this as a team. Essentials Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to) *Work directly with the Production Manager * PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY- Dishwashing, cleaning of production areas & other sanitary duties- MUST BE diligent about cleanliness. This is a high volume position. *Assist Production team as needed (if you want more of this work, we will give you more of this work- remember - - the dish station is your home base & primary duty- you will be there throughout the day) * Ongoing clean & organization of production room * Be comfortable in production areas with hot water, food contact, etc. * Hours are 30-40 hrs. per week. This position will work with the Production Manager on a daily basis. We are a USDA facility so we need to keep a clean environment. This is your job!
