Hard working assistant needed

We’re looking for a part-time help / personal assistant across two family households- one in downtown LA, the other in the San Fernando Valley (Glendale, Valley Village, Burbank, etc.) area. In this position, you would split time between households, with some days in one and other days at the second location, but rarely on the same day unless absolutely necessary. If you live an equal distance between both parts of town, this will be ideal for you! One of us is partially disabled so we're looking for someone reliable who is able to help us with the following: household tasks, such as light cleaning/tidying, organizing, dishes, laundry, and cooking/light meal prep Basic home repairs and tools (e.g., know how to use anchors to hang stuff up, know how to use a wrench, ratchet, drill bits, etc) Scheduling appointments (doctors, plumbers, repairmen) Running errands (please have a car) Taking care of both cats and dogs. Animal lover a must! No major allergies Please be the following: able to pass a background check Fully vaccinated Reliable Organized and able to manage multiple tasks Have a car/license/insurance, Have a general proficiency with computer and smartphones Have a positive, can-do attitude. Not Required but a bonus (and extra pay) if you have these: Experience with electrical work or advanced home repair stuff Advanced computer skills (scripting, video editing, sound editing, etc) Advanced cooking skills This is a great job for students, people looking for a side hustle, and people who love animals. The schedule is flexible but we'll start with a few days per week, 4-8 hours per day. If we have you run any errands for us, we'll reimburse for gas.
