PLEASE HELP!!!! RV WILL NOT START!!!!

OK I'm desperate! I am currently parked on Junipero between 1st st and 2nd st next to Bixby Park. I live in my rv full time and when I went to move yesterday, my rv would not start!!!! Well, I've now been given (five6to) (5onesicks) (five1sickstoo) until tonight to move my rv or the police will be towing it!!! This is my home and I need help!!! I really need a good mechanic or someone who is able and willing to help me tow my rv somehere else... I don't know what to do... I have a small amount of money or something for whoever can possibly help me out!!! Please... Hit me up with your info Help me save my home!!!
