Install Split A/C air conditioner in my garage

Looking for a HVAC licensed person to install a Split A/C air conditioner. Electrician will pull power to the AC unit after the installation. I am also looking for someone to poke and fill insulation behind my drywall in the garage. Also considering to enclose the attic in the garage with some insulation and drywall to help the AC unit do less work. I want to use my garage as an office to work from.
