Add insulation in garage

Description

I want to use my garage as an office. It's a 1.5 car size garage with dry wall and has clay tile roof. The ceiling/attic is not dry wall and open. I want to add insulation to the walls and ceiling/attic of the garage to help cool down the garage after I add a portable AC unit. For the dry wall, looking for someone to poke holes and fill. For the ceiling/drywall, looking for someone to add insulation (e.g. fiberglass) and then close it with dry wall.
