Concrete sidewalk needed

Hi, I need a concrete sidewalk, 24' x 3', and an 11' x 11' concrete square patio put in. It will go in the front yard, and the sidewalk connects the existing driveway to the new square patio area. I have it all dug out already. Please give me your best quote to lay the concrete, and we may be interested in concrete staining too, so let me know the cost of that addition.
