Landscape Maintenance Supervisor We are located in Puyallup/Edgewood 1 – 2 years experience required, please only apply if you have experience. Bilingual a plus, but not required. We are a well-established full service landscaping firm located in Puyallup/Edgewood. As a landscape maintenance supervisor you will be expected to exhibit an outstanding work ethic, attention to detail and strong leadership skills in the field. Searching for the right individual to work and manage our landscape maintenance division. Landscape Maintenance Supervisor Objectives: 1. Manage and direct crew members. 2. Working knowledge of irrigation systems a plus, but not required. Initial start-up in spring turning on double check valve and setting timers, winterization turning off double check valve and ability to make repairs. 3. Ability to bid lawn care maintenance and clean-up jobs. 4. Ensure equipment is in operating condition by having repairs done when needed. 5. Working knowledge of plant material and landscape maintenance best practices. 6. Excellent planning, organization and communication skills. 7. Prioritize, manage and implement requests from customers to their satisfaction. 8. Ability to lead by example through an outstanding work ethic. Position Qualifications: 1. Applicants are expected to have experience in a landscape/horticulture related field at least 1 to 2 years or more working in landscape maintenance. 2. Each applicant is expected to have an understanding of plant health and best practices for landscape maintenance. 3. Applicants are expected to oversee the work quality and production of existing maintenance personnel while advising and assisting crews in the field to improve work quality and work efficiencies. 4. The landscape maintenance supervisor directly helps maintain a high level of customer service and timely completion of enhancement work and customer requests. 5. Must have a Driver’s License.
