iPro Building Services, a regional leader in the janitorial and building maintenance industry is looking to hire our next ROCKSTAR - Regional Floor Care Manager The Regional Floor Care Manager is responsible for ensuring that exceptional quality floor care results are being delivered to our clients, while simultaneously maintaining; associate and client, safety and compliance, both, regulatory and iPro specific. The Regional Floor Care Manager will meet or exceed specified production rates, by exhibiting seamless communication to the General Manager and Operations Manager. This position is responsible for the entire floor care process in their specified region. The Regional Floor Care Manager will liaison with the General Manager and Operations Manager on floor care execution, staffing levels and performance. This position also requires training employees at the site level and requires travel within the region (Central/Eastern WA, Eastern OR). Experience and Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing through various media and devices, i.e., phone, email, text messaging, and face-to-face. Minimum 3 years of supervisor/management experience Flexibility to work long hours and/or weekends when needed to accommodate the ever changing demands of our clients, staffing, or service menu. Aptitude for mechanical repair and maintenance of floor machines Demonstrated ability to accurately measure square footage, linear feet, and perform basic arithmetic. Knowledge of carpet cleaning, stripping and waxing, burnishing, buffing, window cleaning Language skills: Effective written and verbal English communication, bi-lingual Spanish a plus. Computer skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check Hours will vary depending on job scope - days, nights, weekends - expect long hours. Competitive starting pay!
