Any Soulive fans out there?? I’m hoping to start a group with likeminded musicians inspired by Soulive, Lettuce, Scofield, etc. Ideally, I’d love to cover some of their tunes and ultimately make them our own. If you’re into that style of funk/fusion/jazz/rock/jam/whatever you wanna call it, definitely hit me up. All instruments welcome really, but would love to at least start with bass, drums, keys/organ, and sax. I’d love to meet up regularly to jam, but would be happy to accommodate to whatever peoples’ schedules allow for. - A bit about me: I’m a freelance guitarist, been playing for about 11 years, the last 5 or so professionally. Heavily influenced by Krasno. Went to Berklee for a while, mostly self taught though. I’m 26, although I’m not too concerned about peoples’ ages for this. I gig around Boston in a few bands, back songwriters, teach lessons, and play weddings/events. Please don’t hesitate to shoot me an email if this sounds at all interesting to you! Cheers
