Handyman needed to maintain mechanical, electrical, and various equipment along with light carpentry at KIT Custom HomeBuilder's indoor Production Plant in Caldwell, Idaho. This is a full-time position scheduled to work Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. plus some evening and Saturday overtime. Hourly wage starts from $20.00 per hour, dependent on experience. This position qualifies for a $1,000.00 signing bonus after 90 days. Requirements & Skills: - Must be able to respond quickly to repair orders and work requests while providing courteous and effective service to internal and external customers. - Able to complete basic welding tasks in a safe and proper manner. Welding and fabricating experience preferred. - Requires the ability to lift/move heavy materials up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis.  Must also be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.  Daily need for hand strength and dexterity to grasp tools and equipment. - Must be willing to work overtime as required, including occasional Saturday hours. - Regular attendance is a critical part of all positions at KIT.  Must be available to consistently work the required business hours without tardiness, interruption, or early departure.  Business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., as well as any required Saturday or later evening overtime.
