Welders- Experience with 1/16th Flux core welding needed, Must pass a welding test and have a great attitude Welders Helper- assist welders with tac welding. does not have to pass the welding test, but must have a great attitude and be able to take direction and correction from peers. Loader- Manuel lifting as well as forklift operation. forklift does not have to have certification and they are willing to train. Must be able to withstand medium to heavy lifting. Crane Op.- Operates crane that moves material around the yard and loads onto flatbed trucks. No experience necessary and willing to train. Punch Op.- Must have great math skills, including reading and comprehending fractions and using a tape measure. Must pass Tape measure test. Painter- Entry level. Someone that can clean and wipe down beams that are getting ready for production. Runner- Office worker but is required to go out to the shop from time to time for signatures.
