Description
Your work will be:
1. Making a unit "RENT READY"-this includes cleaning out the property, patching drywall, fixing doors, cabinets, fixing electrical outlets, painting the unit and leaving it ready for someone to move in
2. Going to service calls, "WORK ORDERS" from tenants - clogged sink, unclogging the main line, fixing a water heater, fixing a leak etc.
Light electrical (Install plugs, ceiling fans, interior and exterior light fixtures etc.)
Carpentry (cabinet repair, crown molding and base board install and repair and install doors.)
General Maintenance
Need to have own truck/car and tools
