Description

In need of three smaller sized roof repairs on three different properties in preparation for winter. All three roof are rubber torch down. This is a side job for a professional/qualified roofer with their own truck, tools, and team. Our property management office will supply all roofing materials and oversight. Building 1 - remove damaged flat roof from parapet wall, reflash with new torch down, replace coping stones (Approx 15). Building 2- remove damaged flat roof from parapet wall, reflash with new torch down, Clear gutters, reflash around plumbing vents with roof cement, broom clean roof. Building 3 - remove damaged flat roof from parapet wall, reflash with new torch down, replace coping stones (Approx 15). If the jobs go well, we have multiple future on-going projects.
