Found this dog staggering around the rose bushes in Brand Park. No tag, very skinny, probably had heat stroke. Friendly but still having wobbly gait after food & water. Weighs 5 pounds at most. Will be taking to shelter to check for tags and surrender tomorrow morning, please leave your cell phone if you recognize him for fastest response via text, thanks
