Position Summary Francis Enterprises LLC is seeking a warehouse associate who will work directly under our Warehouse Manager and help the company during a rapid growth and expansion period. Our Warehouse Associate helps with all the essential functions and day-to-day duties in the warehouse. This includes pulling and packing orders, receiving and sending shipments, keeping the warehouse in good operating order, restocking the warehouse, etc. About Francis Enterprises LLC Our mission is to provide our customers with natural products that offer comfort to the customers we serve. Objectives · To pull and pack all outgoing orders quickly and accurately · Accurately weigh orders and get shipping labels applied · Receiving, counting, and putting away inventory received · Restocking inventory in the warehouse · Assisting to quickly and accurately setting up and breaking down our temporary retail locations · To help keep the warehouse clean and in working order Competencies · Able to quickly and accurately pull orders · Able to keep ahead of what needs to be handled next · Able to keep schedule and good work ethic · Able to make and keep an orderly workspace · Setting a good example in the warehouse by action Education and Experience · At least 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse environment Physical Requirements Being physically fit and able to be on one's feet all day and lift heavy boxes Job Type: Full-time $16-$18 per hour depending on experience and skills. Bonuses are possible as well.
