ISO Large bunny/small dog

Looking for a furry companion to add to the family. A large litter trained bunny or small house trained dog would be so wonderful. Would not be caged much, lots of room and a fenced in yard, would be handled/walked/played with daily, lots of love and a 13 year old who is crazy about animals and loves helping take care of them. Any leads would be appreciated. Thanks!
