The maintenance worker acts as a porter, performs preventative maintenance on shop equipment, maintain property grounds and general cleanliness throughout the facilities. Our clients come from across the world and we want them to enter a beautiful facility where everything works.
Basic skills in mechanics, landscaping, driving and organizing are essential to success in this role. A love for classic cars is a major plus. A valid Texas drivers license is a major plus. 5+ years experience in maintenance, landscaping or mechanics is a major plus. This is career opportunity not a job! First $1 an hour raise in 90 days. Pay starts $14-$16 hourly based on experience.
