Rehoming a 1 year old male lionhead rabbit

We are rehoming bunnies for a small rehoming fee. This post is for Fluffy our 1 year old lionhead breed buck. He a is curious but shy bun. Mellow but a bit skittish at first with people. Territorial with other bunnies, but likes company. We haven't been able to get him fixed yet, it should help with him spraying. He is a small breed, clean, minimal clean up, just needs space to explore and we are not able to provide that for him unfortunately. Looking for tge right home for Fluffy where he could explore more. Located in Orchards area close to Prairie High School. We also have 7 baby bunnies at 2.5 months and one adult doe posted separately that need rehoming. Will be giving away our homemade cages and selling our bigger, nicer cage for $50 (bought for $100) after rehoming the little buns.
