Full Time Maintenance/Groundskeeper

Mobile home Park is seeking a reliable and personable groundskeeper for daily upkeep and maintenance for the park. The position requires a skill set covering a broad range of capabilities including, but not limited to: • Heavy emphasis on curb appeal and landscaping • Grounds maintenance, including beautification of the grounds and landscaping • Minor water repairs • Mowing, weed eating, grounds clean up • Light fence repair • Maintenance of buildings • Painting • Must be able to manage projects. • Be "on call" for emergencies and ensure property coverage. • Will be working side by side with property manager on special projects • Reports to the property manager and regional supervisor regularly. • On site Training available Must be organized, dependable, good with the public, positive attitude, a team player, self-starter, and highly motivated to get the job done! Full time hours from 35-40 hours per week.
